This product is made by hand in the USA. Because every item is made to order, slight variations in size, wood grain, or craftsmanship may occur. Depending on what size you select, the frame thickness and mat (if selected) will automatically adjust to secure the artwork. Note that some art pieces do not have a mat option. All mats (if added) are 1"-3" inches depending on size of artwork selected.

To clean, gently wipe with a soft cloth or sponge using mild soap and lukewarm water. Avoid using cleaners that contain ammonia.

You have the option to choose the frame finish/ style. From there, you can choose to add a mat or not for select pieces (not all have the mat option). Depending on your selections, the artwork cropped into the frame may very slightly depending on the aspect ratio of your print. Note that all frames come with hanging cleats to help achieve a level and easy hang!

All orders are crafted at time of order, and shipped from the U.S. International shipments (including Canada and Mexico) may be subject to additional taxes or duties upon delivery, which are not included in our pricing. Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–5 business days, with standard delivery typically taking 7–12 days. If your order hasn’t arrived within 21 days, please reach out to us at: hello@crescentbayprints.com.

Please note that delivery times may vary during high-volume periods such as holidays or due to unexpected events like severe weather. Since each piece is hand made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges, or cancellations. If your item arrives damaged, please email photos of the issue to hello@crescentbayprints.com within 7 days of delivery.
